Have a class on Rape Prevention, local Police departments have a crime prevention officer that teaches classes. I've had someone come out before to teach this class during our Housekeeping meeting, and it helps the ladies to be understand how little things like keeping the cart blocking the door to a room can help give them the time they need to identify a possible threat.
Talk to your team, be safe, and have a great day!

ELLENTON - A housekeeper at a hotel in Ellenton was attacked Friday by a man who took off after she struggled, and was later arrested, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.
The report says that Victor Edwin Pompey, 51, asked the 19-year-old female housekeeper for some towels and told her to go to the office and pick them up. Pompey then reportedly stayed nearby while the unnamed housekeeper went to clean another room at the Guesthouse Inn in the 4900 block of 17th Street East, Ellenton.
While the woman was cleaning the bathroom, Pompey entered the room and grabbed her, the report says.
The housekeeper started yelling and Pompey took off, leaving in a car, the report says. Manatee County sheriff's deputies were alerted, and they reportedly spotted Pompey soon after in a parking lot at U.S. 301 and Ellenton-Gillette Road, where he was arrested without incident on charges of burglary, battery and false imprisonment.
